Medium to full bodied. Thick, slow legs. Heavy tannins, dark berries, notes of cassis, strong bell plus green peppers and other spices. Could use a couple years in the cellar. Notes drop off quite quickly compared to the Lapostolle but it’s a nicely constructed wine.
