CABERNET FRANC DAY.

Dark ruby in color with a very wide reddish rim, and medium plus intensity.

Red and black fruits on the nose with earth, oak, spices, chocolates, vegetables, peppercorn and coffee.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with black currants, plums, cooked cherries, oak, spices, licorice, chocolates, light tobacco leaf, vegetables, peppercorn, earth and black tea.

Short finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.

This is a very tasty Cabernet Franc from Sonoma County. I had this vintage over 4 years ago, and it is still drinking nicely.

Balanced and tangy, but lost some of its fruits and gained complexity.

Wine Enthusiasts 90 points.

Easy drinking, and good by itself or with food. I paired it with a burger and fries.

100% Cabernet Franc grapes.

13.7% alcohol by volume.

91 points.

$40.
