See several previous Delectable notes. This is Syrahmi’s second best red Cuvée and very good for only $25. Quite a dense dark crimson like a good Heathcote Shiraz should be. Earthy and herbal as well as rich blackberry notes. Rich and savoury. Fabulous intensity for a wine at this price point. Sadly my last bottle of this vintage but I do have a few left of his top Cuvée which is called X.

A pretty fragrant nose of red fruits, spice and red flowers. Mineral Plum and earth on the nose and medium weight palate. Surprisingly only medium weight being a Heathcote Shiraz. Dark fruited and flavoursome without weight. Great winemaking from Adam Foster. Good to drink now but could be cellared short term if desired. Great value at $25.

Bright crimson. Plummy with a sour twist together with Heathcote dirt. Medium to full bodied - a mouthful of earthy rich dark fruited Heathcote goodness at the amazing QPR of only $25. Tastes like a $75 wine. Good stuff!

2015 vintage. Aromatic and fresh. A hand made product from one of Australia's new wave of young gun artisan winemakers. Medium weight palate with spicy berry fruits. Fine soft tannins for a one year old red from Heathcote. Whoda thought? Drink now or soon. Delicious and good value at $25.
