Lovely smooth red. Right out of bottle was full bodied but not harsh. Worked well with salmon wine sale bargain. Drank 3/17 Shabat.

The best way to drink it - pour it into glass and forget about it for 3h. After that time it got deep breath and dense sour cherry body, hint of oak, bit of licorice - perform much much better. Higher acidity and grippy tannins.
