Co ferment of counoise and melon, latter really makes the counoise pop more and feel more complex than just a melted grape popsicle. Another great Swick

Sep 9th, 2019Crazy good. Like dr browns black cherry soda meets restoration hardware leather couch. Look at bill’s socks and slides in the background lol. We ate too much guacamole so now we’re reheating Chinese food for dinner instead of actual cooking. This rosé will pair beautifully.

Jul 15th, 2018Lovely wine that straddles the boundary between light red and rosé. Strawberry notes upfront with tart cherry to follow, some gin botanicals add a little vegetable depth without tannic grip and the finish is dry, a little funky but still precise. Finesse is what this wine is all about despite being 10% ABV.
