Aug 28th, 2014Bringing back the chardonna 31 years making wine Chris phelps has been on board since. 2003 ripe tropical fruit with vanilla bean creme brûlée notes notes of banana graduate of uv David off to Bordeaux yo study under Christian Moeux then on to dominus and then yto Caymus. Merlot is the reason He is back. Nicely balanced Chardonnay with a nice touch of lightly toasted oak spice. Meyer lemon zest finish very zesty non Malo Pinot Grigio around 4000?cases light aromatic varietal 9% Chardonnay only 13.2 alcohol has a pretty floral notes lemon blossom lychee nut fruit very clean and apple very clean
