Not many wines I enjoy more days after opening, but this improved after 3 days corked in the fridge. Plums and tart dark berries. Wait as long as possible to drink.

Hits with dark cherries, then finishes with black licorice. Rich in color, not as tannic as I would have expected. Sipping wine, cheeses, pork dishes.
