Outrageous confectionery nose of cotton candy, citrus peel, superb minerality and apricot pith. Peach pit as well. Wonderful aromas and very expressive. Palate is so chalky and pure. Teeming with energy and citrus. Sappy, clean and pure. Amazing balance. Just brilliant stuff.

Nov 4th, 2021Super citrus and grapefruit. Fleshy and also pithy. Peach pit. Lovely intense minerals. Super expressive nose that is serene and zen. Some confectionary notes as well. Very very complex. Wow. Great complexity and depth. Very salty. A bit closed but so pretty and vivid. Almost in 4D. Complex stoniness on the nose after a bit of air. Superb spices and herbs as well. So lively with so much energy and citrus intensity. Really long easily best Hochborn ever. Nose is getting confectionary.
After some air it’s got such a classic nose. Airy and confectionary. Melon. Cantaloupe. Terrific rock candy sweet minerality.
