Red plum, red cherry, pomegranate, blackberry, pepper, meat, dried herbs, grippy tannins from whole cluster. 9 months in barrel, 15% new French oak. Medium plus acid, elevated tannins, medium finish, full body and fleshy. 13.5% abv.
