Feb 13th, 2016Suprisingly decent- my first indian wine. Very "new world" with it's forward fruit. Though dry, the fruitiness lends a veneer of sweetness that complements the spices nicely. The classic shiraz characteristics come out on the finish. Rating is based on this indian wine paired with indian food. It would be rated lower if in direct comparison with some others.

Not bad for a region not known for wine. Like the last kid picked on a team that gets you in field goal range by causing a fumble on special teams.
