Fresh aromatic nose. Palate is juicy with savoury cherry flavours and low tannins. Whole bunch fermentation. I could sell a lot of this at lunch if I owned a Bistro! Very easy to drink. From Tenerife (Canary Islands) and made from the Listan Negro grape.

Very berry. Similar to Grenache with a spicy finish...fresh jalapeño but not off-putting. Volcanic soils, mostly concrete aging, great minerality.

A lighter red, very smooth, low acidity, low tannins. Pepper on the nose and some smoke on the palate. Had with steak tartare and was a perfect match!
