Like a cross between Grenache and Pinot - if that makes any sense. Outrageous value at €16 at DVI viniteca in Poblenou, recommended by one of the owners and clearly he knows what he’s doing! Let breathe for a bit to let those old organically farmed vines work their magic.

Vintage 2016/ très oxydatif/ vin de negoce / très vieux trepat (pinot local.) couleur plus sombre/ intensité colorante moyenne moins/ paille fumée en 1er nez. Plus de fruit à l’aération
Côté paille fruits/ milieu de bouche gourmand et poivré/ la finale est courte mais très poivrée et gourmande
