STC Wine Co ‘LCNS 2 CHLL” Mendocino County 2020: Fruity. Juicy. Fun & refreshing. Bright acidity with notes of raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, plum and some mild citrus sour flavors. Dry unique finish. Co-Fermented and consisting of 40% Zinfandel, 40% Sauvignon Blanc & 20% Syrah, this wine presents youthfulness and some surprising balance, yet noticeable spice & earth from the Zinfandel, round fruit from the Syrah and citrus crispness from the Sauvignon Blanc. All in all, a different & interesting California red blend. Shared this fun bottle during our last evening in Italy. Nothing like a little California natural love with our local CSPT friends. Served chilled! Cheers🍷

This was extremely unique, more like a sour beer than wine. But I liked it, and it was a great change in pace. However, if I’m craving wine, I wouldn’t pour a glass of this.
