Nice wine but we didn't pair it properly since we had never had it before. Actually went well with the shrimp from the 1st course although it changed the dish completely. Did not go well at all with the Capellini that we had as a second course. Going to give this one another shot in a few years.

Always enjoy this Pinot. Lovely nose, a little funk and some hint of herbs. A bolder Pinot that has really smoothed out. Has a slight hint of spice at the end. Side note: really good with spicy food
