Delectable - this is the Gamay Noir. Not available as an option on Delectable menu. Bright red fruit, cherry, iron, mineral, bracing acidity, a bit warm at the end for me me but most others would be ok with that. This producer is worth checking out. Their Sauv Blanc is the most aromatic SB I’ve had. Their wines are elegant and balanced, and they are passionate about their vineyards and wines, which is evident when you pop the cork.
