solid: not showing any signs of age, it is inky & wafty boasting a lot of herbaceous notes, bell pepper, spices, and white pepper - very classic Loire profile, some wild red fruit notes and flavors on palate. Med + body w/well balanced acidity & tannic structure. The real deal
