Leave this wine open at least one hour. This wine was disappointing. It is a Central European white blend made in Napa Valley. I’m not sure what it is supposed to be exactly but it’s just okay. And it’s very expensive. Not worth the greater than $80 price tag. An inexpensive Austrian Gemiscshter Satz would be a better choice or a Northern Italian white blend.
