Estate Bottled Hermann Norton

Overwhelming oak on day 1, really resolved itself ~36 hours later. High acid, pleasant brambliness

Went to MO, wanted to see if I disliked their Norton, too. I do.

2006. We’ve had this in the cellar since a really fun bike ride across Missouri long ago. I was surprised how much dark rich fruit remained, how smooth the tannins were, and how great it paired with a grilled Nebraska steak!

Probably could've opened this a bit sooner. It's not bad though.

Little tangy and tart. smooth citrusy aftertaste with a good texture.

A good wine for the price. I'd definitely purchase this again. Sweet, but not overly so.
