Stirm
Siletto Vineyard Cabernet Pfeffer

I had this vintage when it was closer to bottling and it was all sour cherries. A couple years if shelf rest and it’s turned into something delightful. A summer wine that would warm you up in the winter and a winter wine that’s perfect for summer. It hovers somewhere between light bodied with a medium body punch, still ripe with cherries but more refined. A little bit of sweet earth and a nice, uncloying dryness at the end.
Recommended pairing: wine for dinner while binging The Bear, oops, you’ve finished the whole bottle, thanks season 1, episode 7.
