Really round and well balanced blend. I guess after 900 years these guys know what they’re doing, huh? Floral aroma, mineral, mild acidity.

Full rich nose with full notes of minerals and stone with just a touch of citrus and crunchy pear. Juicy and spicy on the palate with vibrant acidity. Flavors of citrus oils lead to deep, full minerality and touches of white pepper and green grass. The finish is long and bright with loads of acidity and a touch a spice. A wonderful cheese fondue wine for New Year's Eve!
