Took a few hours to develop into itself. Stewed, dark red fruits, licorice, rose petals poured into a cedar bowl sprinkled with pencil shavings: nose and palate. Teeth gripping acidity.

Holy cow. This Syrah lover becomes more and more enamored with Washington State Syrah by the minute. Pepper and spice, rich dark fruit, well balanced.

Medium bodied, strong tastes of blackberry, plum & spice. Dark & inky, staying true to its name. Highly rated, but I'm not a wine expert & in my opinion there are better values for the price. Nice wine, but not something I will buy.
