This is such a great Tempranillo. We just enjoyed spaghetti with meat sauce and it complimented very well.

Upon opening the bottle, I had the impression of a ripe avocado followed by dark fruit. Moderate tannins were revealed after a creamy mouth feel gave way. Smoke, tart plum skin, and honey all seemed to swirl together. I'm not too familiar with this varietal, but would like to experience it more often.
