This young wine reflects its character by offering aromas of grass, earth, unripe pears and old socks. Not overly acidic, this wine does not hide its fruit underneath old world traditions. It's taste reveals an undercurrent of Apple cider vinegar. I would drink this with a Reuben sandwich and a dill pickle.
