Introducing the Stella Bella 2014 Serie Luminosa Cab Sauv which received the Best Red & Best Cab Sauv in Show at the 2016 Margaret River Wine Show (97 points from Halliday)! 'Serie Luminosa' is an Italian expression for 'bright' and in this case, a 'brilliant series' - which is the top of the line range at Stella Bella in Margaret River.
It's a virtually opaque red on the eye with hints of purple coming through. It's highly aromatic on the nose with smooth smokey black & blueberries, vanilla oak and floral violet aromas. In the mouth it's just as smooth, with refreshing berry acidity and bucketfuls of flavour. The finish is long and succulent. Teams well with a bubble bath, dim lighting and peaceful tunes. This red beauty will cellar for 15-20 years! $90/bottle.
