Great rosé for a Thanksgiving spread, although it’s a little early (from MCF Rare Wine’s list). Dry and lightly effervescent with a handy reusable bottle cap. Minerals and hay on the nose, currant, sour watermelon candy, dried grass. I’ve had a Stein Riesling before, and the fruit also had a hard candy-like quality. Quality Mosel producer!
