2011 Barbera d' Alba, Deep, juice, ripe black fruit. This wine smell chewey. A nice balance of jammy fruits at the tip of the tongue mixed with a kick of acidity and a long lush finish.

2010 vintage. Just good. Simple but too much alcohol taste. Fruit is faded. Had it with grilled red snapper. Good with fish.

Be sure to give this one 10-15 minutes in the glass to open up before drinking, if it isn't decanted.
