Star bright green gold in the glass. Rough, quickly dissipating white mousse and fine, persistent bubbles. Lemongrass, grapefruit rind on the blousey nose. Medium body and acidity couch the palate of lemon rind and lemongrass. Bubbles balance the typical "oily" South African mouthfeel. A great pair with a light salad and rich bisque meal.
