This is a surprise. And a pleasant one. Extremely smooth, medium bodied, long pleasant finish. Very round and full in the mouth but without the strong tannins that can accompany some nice cabs. If you can find it, try it! Like a BIG Merlot with deeper fuller fruits.

Really enjoyed this one. You could tell via the smell that bourbon was involved. Taste is a lovely mix of berry & a hint of spice. Has a sweetness to it making it smooth to drink

@Jason Marcelle thanks bud for this unique, fun and intoxicating Cabernet. I was skeptical of the Bourbon barrel aging but I must admit, I’m digging it! Now if I can manage to get the instant pot open without destroying the kitchen!

Excellent wine for the price. I had never had a wine aged in bourbon barrels, and I did not know what to expect but I was surprised. Very smooth. You get the bourbon on the nose but extremely smooth.
