Intense, musky nose of lychee syrup and crystallized ginger poured over shards of slate and shale. As you move your mouth to the glass, but before you sip, there is an intense saline essence that pops up. Viscous and intensely sweet, but with decent acidity and and long-ass finish (over a minute) where fruit and slate takes turns being primary. Really nice.
