Really really enjoyed this simple low-alcohol white blend- Sauv Blanc and Chardonnay from Mendocino. Organically farmed, nothing added or removed. I was worried this was going to be a kombucha situation but it was perfectly clean- reminded me of a simple coastal Italian table wine, fruity yet saline and crispy, with lots of phenolics. Big win for a natural wine in the $30 range that is delicious and expressive. Will be buying more if I can!!
