Oppenheimer Herrenberg Auslese Riesling

This is textbook Rhine Riesling auslese. Terrific balance, great minerality and bursting with fruit yet not overly sweet. Medium sweet worth green apple, pear, a hint of honeysuckle and orange blossom. Wonderful length, vibrant (and just enough) acidity and lively minerality

Apricot and honey with hints of pineapple

Reserved gold color, smells like german Riesling, and more specifically apricot and cedar. Some effervescence. Taste is very sweet and aftertaste reminds me of an old house. Really good. Paired with buttered popcorn.
