Mediocre Riesling from Model. Too sweet for the acidity present. Caramel, pear, and melon notes.

Good cheap Riesling. Solid Mosel balance--easy pairing with spicy food made at home.

Great first Riesling in the books! Hint of tree fruit like pears but a bit tight on the nose. Citrusy notes and flavors. High acidity, and the first real off dry wine I’ve had! Great introduction to this varietal. Great to pair with semi sweet foods and best served cold on a hot day.

Unbelievable Riesling. Complexity light-bodied, well-balanced wine. If you get the right temperature then it will be white flowers, pour yellow pear and apples, peach, melon on the nose (If wine gets colder then it will be hints of petrol and straw). On the palate nectarine, citrus (lime, rose grapefruit and orange), mineral with a long aftertaste as honey and smoky notes.

Green apple. Floral. Honey. Bubbly. Sweet. Maybe some lime. Slight mineral finish. Layered. Love this.
