Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Really impressive showing.

Classic style with fruit and vibrant minty finish.

Dry red fruits and plenty of oak.

Lovely wine from Tom and Barb!

Nariz: ciruela, cassis, mora, arandano, vainilla. Un toque demasiado madera.

Boca: En ataque un poco frutoso y “jammy”, Taninos M bastante sedosos, Acidez M, Alcohol M+.

Bastante buen vino por el precio.

Complex but not overpowering and subtitle. Dry and bold, a little spiced.

Little acidic... had some chocolate to help make smoother, it helped. Ok...

Liked this though a bit too much funk for this Cab and provenance

Day 2 is better. The tannins seem to sparkle around the dark red fruit, a strange hint of saline (almost like seafood?!) is now present. I like how the structure firm. Day 1 had much more plush fruit textures but it's much drier now. One on favorite producers. This is an awesome Napa Cab around $30 mark. Better than the 2013
