A refined, more subtle version of my first love of red wine, Aussie Shiraz. Cracked peppercorns, eucalyptus, bosionberry, with hints tobacco and toasted oak. Soft mouth feel with broad fruit, think strawberry preserves and fresh blueberries. Well balanced, with out any feel of alcohol. So refreshing in comparison to over extracted Shriaz. Paired well with BBQ chicken pizza. #garyveewineclub
