Mid Gold in colour - crystal clear. Kerosene/mineral notes with some chalky aromas. Pristine citrusy flavours coming into the stone fruit spectrum. Medium minus acid but medium plus intensity. (12.5% ABV). A well made Eden Valley Riesling drinking at its peak.

Sep 17th, 2019Pale to Mid Lemon in colour. Crystal clear. Kerosene and Lime notes with a hint of Geranium. A smooth palate where the acid has diminished but still finishes clean with some zip. Probably has reached its pinnacle and will just develop more kero and savoury notes going forward. A good drink.
