New World extraction yields a medium full, smooth body that echoes the nose plus red apple and envelops the variety's naturally high (but here, medium plus minus) juicy acidity. Medium minus tannins. Stage 5 #amgentoc hits Lodi and Tahoe. Had this nice Barbera. Very fruit forward but nice pepper and earthy flavors.
