Prosecco di Casa Bottega

This Proseco was just ok. The after taste reminded me a little of beer. I don't drink beer or like it. I'll finish the bottle (with help) but probably wouldn't buy it again. That being said, we had a Bottega Valdobbiadene Proseco Superiore last night that was very nice! Not so "harsh" on the palate: "softer" bubbles, no beer after taste.
