Grabbed another bottle. Interesting unusual wine. I met Franz from the winery and tasted a number of their wines. Expecting something from a label with the word Chardonnay and getting something totally different, still tasting great. More of a dessert wine with ripe rich tropical fruit aromas with a honey/floral character. On the palate sweet peach, apricot and ripe apple flavors with honey tones and good balance with acidity. The sweetness calmed after wine was opened for a while. Very Nice!

Se boit comme du petit lait. Préférence pour le riesling dans ce genre de cuvée, l'acidité est davantage présente pour tenir tête à tout ce sucre.
