Peppery dry wine. Has an after taste of capers but finishes smoothly. Interesting, complex and tannic. A little too dry for my taste but definitely memorable. If you live in a hotter area best to chill for 30 min before drinking. The hot alcohol taste is reduced with the slight chill.
