Light bubbles, semi-dry, notes of strawberry and melon. Pair with fresh seafood or creamy cheese.

The 2018 Topaz Imperial from Sparkling Pointe is a Brut Rosé that is 47% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Meunier. This sparkling wine has a nice coral-pink color, with evident flavors of ripe strawberry. A brisk and refreshing acidity and a balance of crisp dryness and luscious fruitiness make this a great accompaniment to grilled salmon!
