Yumo! I loved this quirky little white blend of Savagnin, Chardonnay, Viognier and Pinot Grigio grapes from Soumah in Victoria’s Yarra Valley (thank you for the sample!).
In the glass it’s nearly water white in colour except for a pale lemon hint. It’s pretty and aromatic with florals, a hint of honey, stonefruit and lime minerality. It’s fresh, juicy, dry and has a delicious satin like texture in the mouth. The perfect aperitif if you ask me. More please!
