Wow what a beauty and definitely a wine my palate won’t be forgetting in a hurry. Made from Yarra Valley fruit and only 300 dozen were made.
A gorgeous plum red colour in the glass with wonderful oak, vanillin, spiced red fruits and tapenade notes on the nose. It’s super generous and eloquent. Plenty of flavour oomph, a juicy yet incredibly smooth texture, elegant structure and yummy notes of plums and cinnamon baked apples. I loved this wine and it’s definitely in my top wines tasted for 2022 list!
