Feb 21st, 2017So elegant, beautiful perfumy brightnsoft red fruit(red strawberries). Med body, high acid, slightly frizzante, spicinees(red pepper). Fantastic summer rose, enjoyable by the glass, drink beautifully, great refreshing but complex long finish of minerality and fruit, rose pedals.

As I'm partial to provençal rosés, I was delighted to discover this one from Tuscany. We had it with a cold soup and ceviche, but I think it would be great with a grilled white fish. Thank you Miloš!
