What an awesome blend of Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Carignan.

Dark ruby in color with a deep purple rim.

Gorgeous on the nose with wild flowers, cherries, oak, currents, light vanilla, figs, black pepper, blueberries, spices and licorice.

Full-bodied and elegant.

Dry, spicy and fruity on the palate, with figs, cherries, black currants, blueberries, blackberries, oak, dirt, licorice and chocolate.

Long finish with nice, big, round tannins and black pepper.

Very nice, balanced, high quality wine. Will be even better in 3 to 5 years.
Aged for 24 months in French oak.

14% alcohol by volume.

Best bottle from Israel ever? 15 yrs old and the wine is silky smooth with no hard edges yet very fresh with juicy blue fruits... a revalation !

Remarkably supple and sophisticated. Subtle, slightly gamey nose with a whiff of white pepper. Medium bodied with resolved, but slightly dry, tannins that caress the palate. Manages to feel velvety and mature while still retaining admirable tannic structure. Perfect now. One of the best Israeli wines I've had!
