Velvety tannins and dark fruits. Coats the tongue with leathery goodness, invoking black cherries and tobacco. Nose starts fairly closed, but progresses to a fairly reserved bed of herbs, mint, cassis, and even a little graphite. Excellent.

Lovely, invigorating nose. Big on berries, deep and bold, slight smoke, long finish, nice tannins. Nice surprise .
