At 15%, it’s fairly balanced but still, at my age, it’s like going into the mosh pit- but less fun. Black fruited, wood monster roars on entry but gets tamed as it airs out. I thought would meet head on a Chile oil tomato base fish, & didn’t do badly. Still, any bottle that has its WS score on its label should be enough warning....
