Spicy nose includes notes of raspberries and black tea; big, deep, supple palate shows assertive but balanced acidity, hints of cinnamon, white pepper and cranberry. Showing beautifully, but we agreed it could have cellared years longer. Too tasty to regret! Paired nicely with beef stroganoff.

Translucent ruby. Full bright nose of concentrated red cherry, fresh cut herbs, pine and spice. Medium weight palate has polished fruit and bright, juicy acidity. Moderately sweet and definitely Cali, yet balanced and refined. Good on its own and better with food.
