Jun 2nd, 2019Medium gold color. Massive oak, with some butterscotch, perfume, and lime on the nose. Palate is drenched with more butterscotch, butter, popcorn, and coconut. Tiny finish. Feels like I'm sitting at the movies!!! I like it, but don't love it. A touch too much OH as well. Definitely doesn't lack body or flavor.

May 13th, 2018Great start to dinner! Refreshing nose with hints of apple, lemon, and sage. Smothers the palate nicely, and is much thicker than most Chards. Paired well with Beets and Trout. Definitely a go to everyday Chard in my mind.
