Aged in clay amphora, super cool white wine. Tastes like intense pear and bitter almonds. Smells like pears and honey but is tart and yeasty. Very slightly effervescent! First wine that I've had that tasted and smelled nutty. Almost has the texture of a waxy pignoli nut. I ate it with chicken with marinated artichoke hearts. Really good with food and altogether enjoyable.
