Interesting Canary Islands listan blanco. I’m still not sure I could eloquently describe reduction in a wine but I can tell you that this seems to be a good example of it. Still quite balanced. Doesn’t have the acid intensity I generally look for but enjoyed it.

Even better than our last bottle. Firing on all cylinders. Hint of reduction, great density & concentration. More acid than I remembered. Lovely work. Can’t wait to try the 2021.
